Safety InformationSafety signs overview

Motorsports can be dangerous and that's why we need your help. A driver can get a technical malfunction or for some other reason be unable to keep the car on the road. Because of this it is important where you as a spectator stand. The symbols seen below show where it is dangerous, and therefore forbidden, to stand. Keep this in mind and your rally experience will be exciting but safe.

NEVER

  • Never Stand in prohibited areas
  • Never stand or sit close to the edge of the road
  • Never stand in run-off (escape) routes for the competing cars
  • Never sit down at a location on the same level as the cars. You need to be standing so that you are able to move away quickly if necessary
  • Never stand in front of arrows or signs relevant to the running of the event
  • Never be distracted, always face the competing cars
  • Never stand on the road while it is officially closed
  • Never play games with your safety, or with that of the competitors
  • Never light fire, BBQs, or drop cigarette butts. They can cause fires with serious consequences
  • Never stand in front of fences or objects preventing you from moving quickly
  • Never Remove rally signs or arrows
  • Never be distracted

ALWAYS

  • Stay alert and expect the unexpected
  • Stand in a safe location
  • Consider your own safety and that of others at all times
  • Stand where you can see the competing cars coming and going
  • Listen for approaching cars
  • Leave yourself room to move away quickly
  • Keep children under constant and close supervision
  • Leave pets at home, please don't bring them to a spectator area
  • Obey Rally Officials, they are there to ensure the event runs within the safety guidelines prescribed by ASN ACI and FIA
  • Take your rubbish with you and keep our forests clean
  • Help the officials to run a safe stage

ALWAYS

Please thoroughly study the following safety information and the accompanying illustrations to ensure that your visit to the race is safe at all times. If you see such signs along the SS Route, it means a particularly dangerous place and people are strictly prohibited in the area! Choose another safer place. Do not stand in front of place marked with "no people allowed" signs, this place are particularly dangerous and not stay in places that prevent escape.

Stop, do not go further, when you find yourself in front of the sign NO PEDESTRIAN and NO PUBLIC. It means that from that point on it is not allowed to go and that beyond that point there are no areas dedicated to spectators.

FOR YOUR SAFETY STAY ONLY AT SPECTATORS AREA !!!

We kindly ask you to observe the rally only from Spectator Areas marked with green net or yellow tape! Standing with your back to the track or lying down is also prohibited! Stay tuned and aware of what is happening.

We kindly ask you to always follow the instructions of the authorities, marshalls, and security staff for the safety of themselves and participants. Failure to comply with the rules can lead to danger, and to avoid this, the Special Stage may be delayed or cancelled.

REMEMBER!!

DON'T WALK! It is forbidden to walk on the stage within 30 minutes of the stage start.
